Basic Traning

Basic Overview

You can learn how to operate your smartphone. The sooner you know how to control the major functions (volume, brightness, and notifications), the better you will be able to master your phone. This module will help Android and iPhone owners understand the basic controls of the phone and be able to make personal changes that can help increase your happiness with your phone. In this module, you will learn: How to adjust the volume How to adjust the brightness of your screen How to adjust notifications that indicate you received an email, text and other alerts

We know there is nothing like in-person or one-on-one and group interaction, but we hope this information will be a resource to our every growing new normal of virtual interaction.

We have done the legwork to present the categories that were outlined by the over 200 participants of the Smartphone listening sessions. The curriculum is separated by system type; Apple or Android.  You will find a brief description of the content with a clickable link as well as video tutorials.
