Ophelia Bonner Park in 2021.
We are always looking for volunteers to assist
in helping to keep our community clean!

Adopt-A-Highway
Adopt-A-Highway is a Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) program designed to help keep the state’s highway roadsides clean and attractive. We have adopted a section of I-96, litter is picked up three times per year by our volunteers.

Youth in Action
Climate Committee
The Youth Climate Committee (YCC) is a group of young leaders committed to taking action on environmental and climate issues in Flint and Genesee County. YCC members work together to raise awareness, support community projects, and uplift youth voices in local climate conversations. Through education, advocacy, and hands-on initiatives, the committee empowers young people to create a healthier, more sustainable future for their community.
